As a first time customer of Carpet Cleaning Kissimmee, I was extremely impressed with the results and the service! I was originally attracted by the fact that they were professionally based and has been in business for years. The two representatives that came to my house were very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Both of them members grew up in the area. It was apparent to me that they cared about their work and doing a good job. They got out several stains and knew what type of spot treatment to use. They also made sure to protect the wall corners from their hoses by using corner guards, and foam blocks to put furniture on. They took care of moving a few things back for me with no additional charge. My carpet looks amazing! They were organized and provided a detailed receipt, as well as extra foam blocks for other furniture, and some spot treatment solution. They also made sure to let me know I could call with any questions, and that if I found anything that got missed they would happily stop back by to take care of it. I am so happy I used Carpet Cleaning Kissimmee, and I definitely plan to use them for my regular carpet cleanings going forward.
