Review content:
I brought my car in here when the "check engine" light came on. The quoted repair price at Hillside was almost 6 times the price I was quoted and ended up paying elsewhere. Even more, Hillside charged me a labor fee in addition to the diagnostic fee when I didn't even have any repair work done there. I am disgusted that I had to pay for labor when not only did I not authorize any work to be done on my car, but I am also aware that a diagnostic exam takes at the most 10 minutes. Most other places will not charge for labor when no work is done on the car, especially when a customer is already paying for the diagnostic exam.In sum, although I do enjoy the professional and clean environment at Hillside, I feel that it is over-priced. If you do bring your car there, make sure you ask them about their labor fees and other costs ahead of time!
