VeracityNetworks is the WORST ISP I have ever dealt with. Their advertised speeds are an outright LIE. In my area we are lucky to get 10 Mbps down, let alone the advertised 100 Mbps. Their "technical support" staff are jaded and unhelpful. I literally spoke with one that didn't know what DNS means. If you have ANY other option for your internet service, take it! Do not use this ISP unless you enjoy poor service accompanied by poor support.
