I have a rental property in Vancouver and one of the tenants called to tell me a cable had broken. I was ready to go on a trip so I couldn't verify what it was. So, I called Patrick's Garage Door Company and Patrick told me it was the spring itself that had broken. He then gave me an estimate via email, I accepted the quote, and he repaired it the same day.
