1 Star because Zero is not an option... The costumer service is horrendous. Quite simply they never answer the phones, they will get back "within 48 business HOURS" i.e.: 6 business days since that will always overlap a weekend just wait till next week. There is often confusion in the office and people give conflicting answers in an intentionally misleading manner. Just don't bother. Please spare yourself. If you are looking for a rental your time in the area will probably be short enough that even if one of their properties is a 'perfect location' its not worth it. It just isn't, consider yourself warned and be ready to suffer the karmic retribution for the poor decision you are about to make. One small example of how much they care about their costumer relationships. After leaving we received a simple exit survey, low and behold the 4-question 30 seconds worth of feedback was closed for responses. Apparently ignoring survey answers was going to be to much effort so they just called off the entire idea.
