Review content:
The old witch who runs the sales room is a big part of the problem and yes mostly the telemarketers (appointment setters) are undereducated and badly equipped. I would never use this unprofessional bunch. Ed seems OK to me and I don't know the owner. If the sales room supervisor is representative of this company, they are in big trouble. She needs to be thrown out on her duff. Big problem starter. They are just now becoming aware of the damage she causes.
