As a veteran equestrian, but w/my being new to the area, I randomly chose to go to this store after a google search id done while looking for a tack store...\r

I had had questions about hopefully finding out more info on an obscure saddle I'd recently acquired.\r

This is when I met a lady named Dee who worked there.....\r
(gosh I hope i have her name correct!)\r

Thru her AMAZING & gracious dedication to help me, we finally deduced, (months later after countless research hours on her behalf) that my obscure saddle was a Portuguese bull fighting saddle aka LaDoma Vaquera.\r

Point being, their/her complete dedication, friendliness, intelligence, overall graciousness & willingness to help a customer or even a stranger as i was than, is hands down beyond RARE in today's day in age!!!! \r

She went so far above & beyond to help assist me \r
(Who at that time i hadn't even become a loyal customer of theirs yet)\r

Anyone out there, wether you are a potential new or repeat loyal customer, can fully rest assured, that you will be receiving the BEST customer service by the MOST intelligent & caring staff in our state!!!\r

Any need you might have, any advice you might need, will always be greeted with enthusiasm & will be handled with the upmost professionalism!!!\r
