This is the copied review I just left there:
I Googled a few local plumbers in my area and decided to go with Ballard Plumbing.
A Fischer Plumbing van shows up at my house... I am a bit confused by this as I called Ballard Plumbing. After questioning the half uniformed male who showed up at my door about who he was, he told me that they (Fischer) have bunch of other business names that they use.
When I pressed the reason why they had so many names, he hesitated and said, I'm not sure sir. I asked him if I could have a second or two before he came in, he said sure. I went back into my office and did a quick BBB search (which I should have done earlier I know) on them and found out that they have an F rating. Hmm...making sense now.
I went back out and confronted the "messenger" with this newly found information along with the question; what are the other names of your companies so I don't make another mistake of calling you again. He said, I only know a few;
Ballard Plumbing
Village Plumbing
Acme Plumbing
Gene Johnson East Side Plumbing
Ken's Plumbing
Alligator Sewer
I was livid. Not only was I inconvenienced by staying home for a half of a day, but now have to wonder who the hell I'm going to get tomorrow when I call another plumber.
