Jim Cox,
I had your service technician come out for our annual cleaning, during his inspection he found a small crack was starting in the heat exchanger and recommended that I have a comfort advisor talk to me about replacing the equipment because of the age.
I had Joe Pedota come out and give me a bunch of options and gave me his recomendations on what would be the best for my house. The system that he proposed also qualified for all the energy utility rebates. Joe was very polite and not high pressure in his approach. He answered all my questions and I decided to go with besco.
The day of the installation the Besco installers Robert & Manny showed up on time and were very polite and proffecional through out the entire day. At the end of the day they cleaned up the work area, it was like nothing was disturbed.
Everyone at Besco is great including their inside staff starting with Cathy. She is also very polite and profecional on the phone. She goes above and beyond to answer all my questions. I would not hesitate to recommend Besco Air to all my family and friends.
