I usually use Stanley Steemer, however this time I used Teasdale Fenton because of the coupon. The service people cleaned 5 rooms and my hallway..... in 30 minutes... not possible. I also paid extra to have teflon and enzymes put down. I have my carpets professionally cleaned three times a year, and it takes at least an hour for only three rooms. The carpets smelled the day after the cleaning, the brown wicking spot was still there and they told me I would have to clean my pet hair up myself because their sweeper could not. Again, I will never ever use them.
