I WAS IMPRESSED AT FIRST. AND AS LONG AS I WAS MAKING PAYMENTS STILL ON MY DAUGHTERS BRACES EVERYTHING WAS FINE. BUT ONCE THEY WERE PAID OFF.... EVERYTHING WENT DOWN HILL.... AND I AM STILL FIGHTING TO GET MY DAUGHTERS PERMENIT RETAINER THAT WAS PAID FOR. NOW I AM BEING TOLD I NEED TO PAY THEM AGAIN $ 400.00 BECAUSE WE WERE NEVER CALLED THE FIRST TIME FOR THE ONE YR CHECK UP... AND ALLEGEDLY THE PERMENIT RETAINER WAS MADE THE SAME AS THE TEMP.... \r
I AM NOT THE SMARTEST PERSON IN THE WORLD... BUT IF IT HAS BEEN MORE THAN 6MTH OR MORE..(IN THIS CASE A YEAR) A NEW IMPRESSION SHOULD BE MADE AND THE PERMENIT RETAINER NEEDS TO BE MADE FROM THAT TO INSURE AN ACCURATE FIT.... AS SUCH.. THEY OWE ME A RETAINER..... \r
WHAT A RIP OFF .... WATCH YOUR MONEY....
Pros: WERE ACCURATE ABOUT HOW LONG THE TX WOULD TAKE
Cons: RIPPING ME OFF ABOUT A RETAINER WE PAID FOR AND NEVER, EVER GOT... AND NOW WANTS ME TO PAY AGAIN FOR IT.
