Went to oakland vision in Walled Lake, got there 15 minutes early and did the paperwork. Sat there 45 minutes and not a word from anyone. I don't know about you but my time is valuable to me and when I get to an appointment on time and have to wait over 15 minutes I start getting upset. POOR TIME Management on the staffs part and shows that they don't care about your time only theirs ( I'm sure GREED plays a part also ). Also 2 others that came in after me got waited on after my appointment time. I'll just go someplace else, I won't play the hurry up and wait game with them.
