Review content:
This is obviously a long review. I wrote it out to include many issues i had. If you read no further, read this: Take your dog somewhere else. I get the strong sense that there is no pride taken in the job being done or the way they deal with customers or their dogs. If you want to know more read on and/or email me for more info and pictures of the bad haircut!\r
I took my Aussie mix to Resa?s K-9 salon for groom and deshedding shampoo. I was very happy to get an appt. on short notice as we were going on vacation. I felt i was very clear when i dropped him off that I wanted his legs, potty area, neck, and ears cut short and just a trim on the body/tail. When I picked him up he did not look trimmed at all. I mentioned it to the person who brought him out and they called someone with scissors to trim his backside. As this was occurring I noticed a cocker being shaved in a VERY aggressive manor. The dog was not being difficult and was actually cowering in a very submissive manor. Unf
