AVOID Ft. Mitchell Dental Care!!! The staff is beyond RUDE! They charged my husband full price instead of co-pay and then submit the claim to the insurance. once I received my dental benefits statement noticed they over charged us by $81.40. Went into the office with all of my papers to request a refund, the dental assistant who apparently handles the billing too came out with a huge attitude and proceeded to tell me that my insurance statement was wrong and there was nothing wrong with how much they charged us and they weren't going to refund me anything! Meanwhile there were 3 patients sitting in the waiting room listening to the whole conversation. Very unprofessional, Avoid this place Dr Mamari is a scammer and he needs to be shut down!!!!
