What a scam!!! Unreliable, Untrustworthy...can't list them ALL!!!! On 01/14/2011, I have them replaced brakes on my car (it squeaked a lot). Over the phone, the price was right and they told me that they were using OEM parts. Turns out, I needed to pay $100 more than what they told me over the phone if I ought to put OEM-LIKE parts. Also, failed to mention about warranty on parts and labor prior to repair (Today, I just found out that they won't look at brakes they put on because warranty of any kind doesn't exist). \r
\r
Worst thing is that replaced brakes squeak more than my older pads; it only has been a week with those new pads (about 500 miles driven). I am going to file a complain against Rocklin Automotive to BAR (Bureau of Automotive Repair) for giving me faulty information and not honoring what they told over the phone or told me at Rocklin Automotive. If you have complain against Rocklin Automotive, I'd suggest you do the same.
