Review content:
I am writing to let everyone know about the great service we received at Rocklin Automotive. We arrived at their doorstep just a couple of minutes before closing time yesterday with our vehicle making a severe grinding noise. The owner, Marc Freire, greeted us warmly and reassured us that they could help. They secured our van inside the shop overnight and told us they would look at it first thing in the morning. Since we were traveling, Marc referred us to the Comfort Inn just down the street, gave us and our luggage a ride to the hotel and even suggested a couple of restaurants within walking distance. \r
They accurately determined the cause of the problem first thing this morning and assured us that the repair would be done today...even though they would have to retrieve one of the parts from a salvage yard across town (it is a 15 year old van, so some of the parts are scarce). As promised, the repairs were done by 4:00 pm and we were on our way.\r
