I have used service champions heating and air conditioning to service my AC and heater for several years now. Although many of the technicians are knowledgeable and clean cut Eric U. Went above and beyond being helpful, informative, and efficient when we bought a new home recently. He came out to do the initial check out of the units bought with the property and was thorough and informative. The units were older but he stated they were still in good working order. He let me know what may need repair in the next year but knowing that money was tight with the move he put us at ease that it could wait without causing further problems to the AC.
He also services my rental property and after having a bad experience with a new technician coming out I requested Eric and again he was informative and efficient but never trying to squeeze money out of you. The prior technician had left me feeling like there were severe problems at my rental property when it had been serviced for years by service champions prior to us moving out and making it a rental property.
Eric knows what he is doing and is kind and considerate while he does it and realizes that money doesn't grow on trees so he never makes you feel forced to do unnecessary repairs and is always up front if a repair can wait. I request him every time now and even wait for him a couple days if his schedule is booked. He is a phenomenal technician.
