Stephen Bagwell was great to work with. He was kind, courtesy, and knowledgable. Although Hendrick did not have a 2014 grey Odyssey, he suggested we take a look at the Smokey Topaz color, and we actually liked it better than the gray! During and after the test drive, he took the time to demonstrate all the features of our new vehicle, and made it a great buying experience for my wife and I. He photographed our family before we drove off the lot, and emailed the picture to us. In addition, he made a kind follow-up call the next day to ensure we were satisfied and to answer any questions that we may have had. We could not be happier. Thanks Mr. Bagwell!
