A tree removal crew came to my home on 05/02/14 at around 10:00 A.M. I asked what was going on and the owner responded that he and the crew had been to my home on multiple occasions to remove two trees. Admittedly I had an estimate done with them and two other companies but never signed a contract or agreed on a date to have the trees removed. The gentleman and his crew just came and expected me to allow them to provide service with nothing in writing, this includes the price he had quoted which I had honestly forgotten. Upon telling the owner this he threatened to send me a bill for fuel cost to which I responded I would not pay due to lack of a contract, I then instructed the man to leave my property to which he responded "what are you going to do if I don't?" I informed the gentleman that the police would be called. After calling me a loser and informing me that he "hopes a tree falls through my house" the man and his crew did finally leave. I not only felt threatened and thought that I might have to defend myself, I am worried that this person knows where I live and might vandalize my home. I highly discourage anyone from using this service, they are very unprofessional and will show up without a customer even signing a contract of service.
