My husband was involved in an accident 7 January during one of our many icy and snowy days, the person he talked to in claims stated for him to keep the insurance on the car until the claim was settled, well we are still waiting for that phone call, despite him calling and stopping by the office and being told to wait another week. Well that week came and gone and still no phone call and to top it all off we got our renewal car insurance billl and it still had the car on it we no longer have due to the accident and we haven't had it since that day.
