I recently Check out some wood flooring at Advanced Wood Floors, The receptionist Kathie or Catie had me waiting on the phone for 20 minutes. So I hung up and called back then she had me waiting for another 20 minutes so I decided to come in, and that I wanted in my house and It took a sales associate over 25 minutes to come and help me. And there sales floor looked like $@!#%. I hit my leg on one of the samples that fell At that point I decided that they have HORRIBLE customer Service and I will never recommend Them to anyone!
DO NOT GO HERE!!!
