This dance studio is horrible for one reason..the OWNER. He is a sour, rude man. Communication has always been poor and if you ask any questions for clarification he always acts annoyed. But the clincher was tonight when I showed up at 6:30 for a dress rehearsal just as the sheet he gave me told me. But oh wait...the kids were supposed to be there at 5:30. Apparently he changed the time and told everybody but me! And he even spoke with me on the phone yesterday and didn't bother to tell me the new time. When I said something to him he did not apologize which would be the courteous pro-customer thing to do. No. He shrugged his shoulders at me like my traipsing through the rain with 2 kids at rush hour was no big deal. I AM DONE. I will be finding a new dance studio in the fall but I will not be back at this wretched place. The place is dirty, dusty, disorganized...I mean he even has his Christmas decorations up in JUNE! I feel like that right there just shows how little he cares about h
