Businiess name:  Stony Creek Urgent Care

Review content:
This was absolutely the worst experience I have ever encountered at a doctors office. I have been in and out of doctors for the past month. I decided to try Stony Creek Urgent Care, because a friend told me that it would be much quicker than the emergency room. Well, quick was not the correct word When I walked in I was hardly greeted by the woman at the front desk, who was absolutely rude the whole time. I had a question about the release form, as it said they would release my information to my employer. I asked if there was any way around this and she simply told me to just sign it. I do not sign anything I do not understand, and though she could not explain it to me she wouldn't get anyone who could. So, I refrained from signing it. The very nice nurse who came and took me into the room to be seen was in the middle of taking my blood pressure when the woman from the front desk came in back, opened the door and said, "STOP! We can't see her!" Then she went on again about how I have to sign the release form, only this time stating that I could cross off whatever I didn't want them to release. She never said anything about that before she came busting into the room. She tried to tell me that if I do decide to cross of the release to my employer that, in the future, if I were going to get a job I would not be able to because I crossed that off. First off, I don't know what business of hers that was. Second, it had absolutely no relativity to my visit. The nurse left the room and told me the doctor would be in shortly. Twenty minutes later the doctor arrived to my room. She came in and introduced herself, speaking so fast I could barely understand her. She asked me what was going on and rushed me through it so fast; every time I would speak she'd cut me off mid sentence. Then while I'm still trying to explain to her she started searching all over my body without asking where the problem was even occurring. I tried asking her questions and she clearly either did not have the answer, or didn't have the time
