So I had an appointment today at 2:00 pm that I made four days ago. I get there and wait for ever my car never gets taken back so I tell the guy I'm going across the street to get a bite to eat after doing that I came back hoping my car would at least be in the garage, but it was still in front of the building after waiting a bit longer i had to leave. My appointment was at 2:00 and it was 3:30 and my car wasn't even touched yet. The guy gave me a free oil change card when I told him I couldn't wait anymore and needed my keys. Not a good experience a call saying to come later or someone coming out apologizing or anything would have made me feel better at least. I am very disappointed in the service or lack there of and a free oil change card does me no good since I will never go back. If your in the area and are thinking about Firestone complete auto I would check out tic toc tires only a few blocks away on 3rd ave they are much better. Went in with no appointment and they were very friendly and took care of my car right away.
