Ocean beach highway Les Schwab is a joke. I bought a set of chains from them and they broke (not their fault) I went to get the repair pieces out of the bag and they were missing. So I went into the store and asked if they had the repair parts for sale. The guy told me that they didn't have them... What the ????????? The repair them. So I did like every other time this store didn't give a hoot about service. I drove over to the store on Industrial Way and bought another set. The guy even brought the new chains out to the car. I asked him about repairing the broken set. He said to return the new set and he could have the old ones fixed in about an hour. I told him that I didn't have the time and that i could do it myself if i could just get the parts. He said wait a minute, Ran inside and brought me what i needed and a couple of extra. So if you are in Longview, Wa don't bother with the Ocean beach store go to the Industrial Way store......
