New owner as of 7/2013; no background in child care and doesn't know how to handle parent concerns. \r \r My 20 month old began biting in the classroom (common behavior in toddlers). He bit several children on a Friday, received no incident reports until Monday morning. Tuesday received an email from the owner suggesting my toddler wear a teething necklace (those are for mom to wear--not the child--strangling issue)! Wednesday was asked to pick him up from daycare because he bit 2 children and would be asked to pick-up every time he bit. I immediately found new care. 2 other Gooddard locations and corporate both agreed this was not handled correctly.\r \r They are operating at 1:6 ratio and shuffle kids between classes to make it.
