Best Service came and cleaned the house with a woman who was new and she used wrong supplies and ruined marble floor. Owner Maria came to look at it and then refused to call insurance co. I called her insurance company -filed claim. Her Insurance does not cover the accident. What cleaning co. has insurance that does not cover their mistakes?????Also, she was not honest with her insurance company and I am very disappointed in her for doing that since they have cleaned my house for a long time. They were 2nd choice. I used another company because they did a better job. Best service would use a duster to clean my stereo etc. unless I told them to do it the correct way with a rag and windex or polish. I could not believe the owner was not professional enough to be responsible for their mistake. This company I would not ever recommend, dishonest and insurance coverage is not what you think it is when she says she is covered in her ads.
