Had to move a very small amount of boxes and was planning to rent a U-Haul and drive across country. I decided to check if professional movers did small moves, and out of 4 calls I made, All State Van Lines was immediately responsive, immediately helpful, explained how their small moves worked and gave me an estimated quote immediately. No other mover called me back for at least a day. Before the move, All State assigned a QA and account manager in addition to my original sales person, all of whom called me back repeatedly to answer questions, get insurance lined up, explain the pickup and delivery timing and process. On pickup, I had 24 hrs advance notice from the pickup driver directly, who arrived exactly on time. The QA and Account Manager called daily until pickup, while the contents were enroute they called daily, and after delivery, they all followed up with me. Excellent customer service, customer care, and small move delivery. Highly recommend.
