Ahmed's guys were nice but there were many times I would cringe when hearing china clang together and a few small things were broken during the packing. They were willing to work within short notice and got rid of garbage that we had, but i wish they took some extra time to pack more carefully. they also have a cheap storage you can use when in limbo. I am amending my review because of the friendly and flexible office staff person, Sherry, who has been more than helpful as I try to figure out how to auction off all the belongings I have in their storage. She also read this review and came to speak to me about it, wanting to apologize and she let me know that in the future I can contact them directly without feeling intimidated.
