Ritz Plumbing is the third plumber in Los Angeles that I've had to call in the last 4 years since I moved here. The first experience I had before Ritz was with a plumber enforced on me by my landlord - a crazy Russian guy that did god knows what to fix the problem (he just mumbled stuff at me when I asked). The last experience I had before Ritz was with a rooter company I called to fix our hot water heater. Little did I know that there is a difference between a rooter and a plumber... it turns out that a rooter only knows about underground pipes that are blocked by roots, they don't know general plumbing stuff. But the guy came anyway! The experience with Ritz Plumbing was the smoothest by far. Clearly a professional company, compared to the last 2 before that.\r
