Review content:
I am actually one of the veterinarians at Southland Vet Hospital. Just this week, it came to our attention that Angela W. did not have a good experience when she came to our clinic for her new puppy visit. Of course we were troubled, as we strive to make every visit as pleasant as possible, so I did a little research. The Revolution and Pro Plan were actually given to Angela free of charge, which is customary for all new puppy owners at our clinic. On the invoice, we listed the amount the products WOULD have sold for, but we also listed the amount paid for them as zero. So in fact, there were no hidden charges, only a misunderstanding in reading the invoice. We typically don't send out reminders for puppy boosters, because they are due so frequently, but we are happy to make exceptions to call or mail reminders if a client asks. We do, however, send out reminders for yearly wellness checks, vaccines, bloodwork, spays, neuters, etc. While no clinic is perfect, we certainly try,
