Review content:
I have brought my car in repeatedly for a bothersome noise in the door that's been going on daily for the last 6 months. The people at the dealership have unfortunately not been able to hear it well. But the manager took it a step further and said "this is one of the quietest cars I have ever been in" as if this noise is in my imagination and I actually enjoy spending my days off getting my car serviced. I understand if he can't hear the noise, but I would appreciate help in diagnosing the problem. Many other friends and family can hear it too. I offered to record the noise for him and he declined. Additionally the service dept never seems to know why I am there even though I call or make my appts online and write in the reason I'm coming in. When I first brought my car in for the noise, the agent thought I was there for an oil change. When I brought my car in for an oil change, they thought I brought it in for a problem with my bumper (I have never had a problem with my bumper). The agent offered to set me up an appt in 1 week so that someone could drive with me to listen for the noise. When I came back a week later, he totally forgot why I was there and then said he didn't have anyone around to drive with me.
