I had been taking my found pup there since he was a month old and through the times of vaccination period time. I have came to an understanding.\r
1.Receptionists are not very up too date on client, animal care. Also via phone etiquette's truly are in dire need of major customer care as well!! \r
2.Vets: out of the 2 Doc.'s that are working the Female vet is TOP-NOTCH!! Very mindful to the patient (pet) and owner. The Male vet on the other hand... hmmmm nicely put" it's time for him to retire" very callus, temperamental, robotic as well as ruff handling of pet and owner if you can't read his mind on how or how not to interact during medical session. \r
3.Cleanliness (POOR) scared to see what the over night kennel looks like. FYI: If you must leave over night or more be sure to bring them in your own comfortable carrier and bring own food and water. \r
4. Cost wise AWESOME very affordable! \r
