Terrible experience. They don't stand behind there products. When you prove them wrong instead of being graceful about it and solving the problem they come up with ludicrous ideas and try to sell you more products. My battery was 8 months old. My alternator tested fine. I had napa charge my battery, leave it sit over night and it would loose 14% of its charge. It was junk. Instead of getting a new one they said they would take 20 dollars off if I bought a new one.... Another junk battery....What a joke. Don't go to Oreillies!
