I enjoyed my experience buying my Toyota Prius here. I definitely feel like I got a good deal... At first. The problem is when you get transferred from your rep to the "paperwork guy." This guy will wheel and deal and hustle until you agree to an upsell warranty. I agreed to it believing that I was getting 8 years of service, then I got a notice from Toyota saying that my warranty expired. What a bunch of B.S. Just beware here, but outside of this the service is great and friendly sales staff.
