I totally agree with Janine. I had to move my children from Dr. Ehrlich in Cherry Hill because he retired, so I chose Cooper Pediatrics. Boy, what a difference, big mistake. The doctors are fine, if you get to them. Many gate keepers, however; and I am quite sure the doctors know and they are OK with it. The support staff is rude, not helpful; they are just shuffling you around, even with a sick child. You have to wait for the nurse to call to tell you if you are allowed to come and see a doctor, the nurse takes up to 4 hours to call. A big disappointment all around, they do not seem to care for their patients, little ones and sick. We mean just names and invoices. Every time we go for a visit, the people at front desk make it look like they make us a big favor by accepting our presence. I will certainly choose a different practice. Stay away if you can.
