Courtesy Acura rocks! Buying a vehicle from Jim Kurtz was easier and simpler than a trip to the grocery store. It took me six emails and a quick drive down and I'm now driving a 2014 ILX. I spent a total of one and a half hours in the dealership, and half of that was just because we hung around a bit and talked about the cars in the showroom, the car was already purchased and the keys were in my hand! \r

Kudos to Jim, and to the general manager John Osborne for being so involved in his clients' interactions with the dealership. Also, Jeremiah in finance was very helpful and didn't waste a second of my time. \r

I'll be back in a few years to take out my next new Acura. Did I mention the brand is probably the best you could think to purchase?
