I have been a customer of Michael's for over 27 years. We moved to Charleston, South Carolina 18 years ago. I tried and tried to find a salon that understood color. Repeatedly I would end up back in Michael's chair having him fix the color and correct the cut. It never seems to amaze me when I return to Charleston how people continuously ask me who does my cut and color!!\r
It does not stop there....Nicoletta makes everyone feel warm and welcome. The moment you ] make your appointment to the time you arrive. Nicoletta always has a warm smile and works so hard to get the appointment that meets my crazy schedule flying and returning in the same day. She is amazing!!!! \r
Everyone that works at Thunder is very engaging and truly professional. They have customers that just pop their head in to say ""hello"" - to the clients that have been coming there since they were young and now come in with their families for their salon appointments. \r
Not only does my hair look great - It is great pleasure for me to be part of Thunder's family! \r
Kudos to Michael and his entire staff! \r
