Eric Brannon did an outstanding job!
My family and I have been dealing with a screaming / screeching furnace for about a week now. I called this morning right at 8, had someone over by 9. Parts were located (my furnace is at least 10 years old) and it's totally fixed by 1 p.m. We were hoping to not pay over $500 for everything and we did just that but also was able to sign up for the maintenance agreement for just a little more. Now we'll be good to go for spring when it finally decides to roll around these parts for the a/c too. Southport is awesome.
