Review content:
my mother was in Wellstone and had a certain amount of clothing with her when she was admitted, she noticed right away that some of her clothing was missing, I asked the staff to find it several times, I suggested that they look for it before she was discharged instead of waiting until the day she was discharged to look for it, as of that day they still had not found it, one week later I went to Wellstone and spoke to the patient advocate Lauren Batliner , she asked me to give her until the following Monday as it was already Friday to find it . I told her if they didn't find it then we would expect them to reimburse my mother for her belongings. she tried to use the old excuse that we signed something saying they weren't responsible for lost items. she also told me she would call me of Monday which she did not do, I called her and it took about an hour to finally get in touch with her , they tried to put it off for even another day, I told her they had had plenty of time to find the clothing. I asked to talk to the man in charge , they all refer to him as the CEO , they wont use his name , he is totally unaccessible. I wonder if he even exists . bottom line is they lost or took my mothers clothing and refuse to do anything about it , I strongly recommend not going there or allowing anyone you know to go there , there are many other stories I have read about that give plenty of reason not to go there , I believe the whole place is corrupt!!
