I went to Americas best contacts and eyeglasses in July of 13, got an extra pair of glasses I normally wear contacts, a few weeks ago the arm on my glasses just came off I took them in the tech that took them and looked up my info said ok we will take care of it they are still under warranty, a week later they left a message to pick them up and that's when I learned that I didn't get the club program and so they are not covered,I asked it took you a week to figure that out they claim they had been calling no one called but the day before I came to pick them up.i will never go there again I spend over 1,000 a year in contacts etc but they will never get my business again.
