I took drivers ed with Hayes in 2001 and he taught me how to drive in real world scenarios. As a result of learning with him I have been a professional driver for the last 8 years. He was a bit strict but I thank god for it. He is disciplined and demands discipline. HE has a strict training course that takes you out of your comfort zone and puts you in tricky situations and guides you thru them. I have used his training method to help several people get their license myself. I was 16 years old and went from not knowing anything to knowing quite a bit in his 6 hour course. I had no idea he was still training but after reading the previous review I had to say something to counter it. I actually credit his course for giving me the experience that has given me a career that will last me for years.
