Review content:
It was our first time using Plateau Pest Solutions. My wife found them through Google and we always try to go with a smaller business if possible. The company I used before them would schedule us but then didn't show up. If they did show up there were still bugs. Plateau showed up on time if not early and the bugs actually went away. We have quite a large house and they did the entire thing and the perimeter. I have a young daughter and kids and I worry about their safety.
We talked prior to the first job. Everything turned out really good and there were no issues at all. He was a very pleasant guy. They're a lot better than a bigger company--more personal, more reliable, and you can build a relationship with them.
