Review content:
Horrible place! Great floor plans but the management is horrible and rude. They can't keep employees and the staff is always changing. The rents is always going up and a one bedroom costs more than a two bedroom at other locations in the area. The last attendants caused damage on the apartment and a list was made of previous damage but we are still getting footed with the bill to fix it. Our car's registration expired and we were waiting to get paid to fix it but the complex allows or has a deal with a tow company who does predatory towing and we had a 24 hour notice to have our car registered or it will be towed. we wanted to transfer from a one bedroom apartment to a two bedroom and the manager looked through our file and approved it and had us put a deposit on a two bedroom and then conveniently after we signed a new lease changed her mind and we got stuck in our one bedroom for another 6 months. Our lease is already expired and we are on month to month plan and due to lack of funds and my parents just closing on a house we decided to move out so I let the complex know immediately but since it is the. 4th day of the month I can't give my notice in time to move out by the end of the month and am responsible for next months rent per a contract that is already expired. The manager personally called me back to let me know she will not work with us because we needed to give the notice at the beginning of the month (3 days ago) and that if we don't cooperate she will destroy our credit. On a previous comment they said they make up unnecessary rules to fine you and that is actually true out of no where they come up with new rules with fines if they are not followed. The quality of the apartments are not good either this last December the lock and door knob somehow miss functioned and we got locked INTO our apartment and could not get out the maintainence guy said that was happening to a few other apartments that same day as well.
