Review content:
I have been to this comedy club about 6 times since the beginning of 2009. My boyfriend and I like grabbing dinner locally and then heading over to the Stress Factory and making a night out of it. The place is awesome, the atmosphere is fantastic. The owner is hilarious each and everytime we have been there. It is walking distance to an italian place, a steakhouse, a caribbean food place and 2 hotels. Great date idea. I have been to most of the NYC city comedy clubs upscale and hole in the wall and this by far tops it. The only CON is it takes forever to get drinks even just soda. The wait staff seems so overwhelmed they tend to let your drink empty for 20 minutes at a time. Usualy our bill is about 30-40 dollars for snacks or drinks where they could have easily doubled our bill if service was quicker. My suggestion is hire 2 more people each night for the wait staff. 6 out of the 6 times we were there our server came to the table about 2-3 times only for a 2 hr show. Thats annoying
