Review content:
I've been using Britannia Painting for about seven years, and I've already recommended them to many people. They, and especially Alan, do something I love. I've had bad experiences with other painters that do a whole wall without checking the color with me first. Even if I'm sure about a color, Alan will paint a small spot and let it sit overnight. Then he comes back the next day to see if I really like the color. If I don't, he'll go to the store with me to help pick out what I want.
Alan does excellent clean up, and he doesn't make a mess. Sometimes he drives me crazy, he's so particular. He will stand back for a moment, look at the wall and say, "That doesn't look right." I tell him, "It looks fine to me!"
Personality-wise, he's really good to work with. He's honest, and he will tell you whether you're making the right decision. He's extremely patient. If you don't like the work, he's more than willing to come back and redo it free of charge.
