Review content:
Much to my surprise, our room was very clean, did not smell at all other than the smell of clean and somewhat of the indoor pool. I checked the bathroom, the sheets, everything was clean! We decided to stay. Within an hour we were down at the indoor pool, which hosted several other families and the water was as warm as a bath. It was fabulous. The families were great and our son had a ball. Next we ventured through the gardens to the Cafe. Our server was Kevin and he greeted us with Southern charm and professionalism. The food was amazing and children under 10 yrs. old eat free. Upon calling it a night we realized the bed was as comfortable as most hotel beds and the TV got plenty of channels. The next day we were off to the mountains for a hike via information from Lynn at the front desk which was an amazing way to start the day. We ventured downtown after that on the free shuttle that the hotel staff informed us of and wandered through beautiful Chattanooga. We were so impressed with the food the first night that of all the options in town we went back to the Choo Choo for the Prime Rib dinner buffet. Again, service was great, food was amazing! I must say...after being in customer service over 30 yrs. most of which is in restaurant service and management as well as working in Luxury Property Management in downtown Chicago for over 11 yrs. The Chattanooga Choo CHoo was our favorite hotel experience of 4 different hotels over an 8 day road trip. Thank you to all your staff for the wonderful end to our vacation, we will be back.
