Thank You Roto-Rooter. First have say thanks to dispatch for listened to my long draw out story. We talked some things out and then said she could send somebody out later today. She even called me and told me the approximate time he would show up. Love that respect for the customer. \r
Then Shawn came out told him about my washing machine drain that was overflowing. Mind you had just spend 3 hours snaking that same drain days earlier and it was still backing up. Was concerned it was a tree root in the pipe. Shawn said he could find the problem and do it within a time constraint. Had people coming over for dinner. He cleared the problem. I think he used almost every tool in his truck but he got it cleared. \r
I personally had a great experience and was able to have a relaxing dinner party.\r
