AAA has its own rules. I've had to deal with AAA for several different issues over my 16 years of membership and they can be really nice or really harsh with their rules. They only pay for tows for certain times and areas and reasons. Also, AAA tow drivers have only charged me a dime if I went over my AAA mileage allowance - I've never been charged besides that fee. I noticed this other customer review that she was really mad about AAA rules that Hamner had to follow and said that all the driver cared about was the money. I'm pretty sure tow companies don't charge AAA customers a dime if they don't tow the car and if it was under AAA mileage allowance; so I'm not sure what she was angry about. I doubt she paid any money to Hamner. I have used Hamner Towing for a battery issue through AAA and it was 5 star service when the driver from Hamner came to my house and when I had to go down to their shop to have a slow charge and then test done to get my AAA battery replacement. BTW - EVERYONE from the driver to the shop and office personnel were at the top of their game delivering service and a smile.
