I spent well over a thousand in that place on computers my one request was to move EVERYTHING from my old laptop to an external hard drive, told them i had Pictures and music files on my desk top and they didn't move those because "" it wasn't on the order to do"" so the guy that wrote it down (the owner) left that out and now I'm out years and years of pictures i will never get back of my kids and old pictures of my grandparents, not once did they apologize and were extremely rude, instead of trying to calm me down and try to make up for their mess up and stupidity they started yelling back and treating me like I'm an idiot, they are far from pros in my eyes because of that and I will NEVER waste my money in that store again! The had the stupidity to say well why didn't you move them...ummmmmmmmmm because you had my computer! Geez be careful who you trust with your equipment
